Join our dynamic culinary team at Oakhurst Country Club! We’re seeking a skilled and service-oriented Cook who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality food and service.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals to meet our club’s high-quality standards.
• Ensure timely and efficient order execution, including banquets and events.
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Communicate kitchen equipment issues to the chef promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering and storage.
• Maintain clean and temperature-controlled storage areas.
• Follow recipes and production guidelines for consistency and accuracy.
• Reduce food waste through efficient prep and portioning.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and safe work practices.
  
  

What You Bring:

• Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts OR at least 2 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
• ServSafe Certification preferred but not required.
