Summary : Implement approved procedures, train, schedule, supervise and evaluate Security Officers. Supervise and coordinate the activities of Security Officers. Assist the Shift Manager as necessary.

Essential Functions :

• Review all documentation generated by shift to include, but not limited to Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Perform, as necessary, all duties required of Security Officers and Assistant Shift Supervisor
• Provide overall protection of company assets
• Interact with guests and employees in a professional manner
• Interact with local law enforcement and ambulatory / paramedical agencies as required
• Train new officers on department procedures and complete training checklist
• Verify completed Security incident reports
• Perform the duties of Security Shift Manager, when needed
• Complete or assist in the completion of Las Vegas Metro and Nevada Gaming Control Board forms
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
