HR Manager - Manufacturing background a MUST

Responsibilities

• Participate with management committee and collaborate with the HR centers of expertise and shared services to maximize operational efficiency
• Offer managers coaching and support in managing employees and achieving business objectives.
• Efficiently plan workforce requirements, including succession , in line with the investment and operating budgets.
• Establish the necessary training plan for employee development
• Provide coaching to the supervisors in establishing objectives and compensation, reviewing performance, and building a skills development plan for all employees.
• Oversee labor relations management and continuous improvement efforts.
• Responsible for employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
• Ability to lead and influence change.
• Identify the Human resources needs of their unit and propose action plans for workforce planning
• Support other managers in the coaching of their staff and all employee relations matters
• Lead and support talent development and succession strategy
• Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees of its units
• Track and follow up with Key Performance Indicators pertaining to Human Resources
