Business Development Associate

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to drive growth within its Financial Markets Division.

Key Responsibilities

Source and qualify business leads through various communication methods and develop skills in lead generation

Collaborate with the Market Data Services Team to create lead lists and support client acquisition initiatives

Track performance metrics and sales activities using Salesforce and Excel reporting tools

Required Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in a relevant field

Strong organizational and competitive skills

Ability to adapt messaging based on feedback and rejection

Experience with inside sales and client relationship building

Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel for tracking sales activities
