Overview / Essential Responsibilities :
- Major and critical Incident troubleshooting
- Interaction with business for queries and clarifications.
- Vendor interaction in case of new requirements / critical issues.
- To support mission-critical business processes and ad hoc human transactions .
- Critical corrective maintenance
- DR activity planning and coordination with clients
- Change management ( SEECAB process)
- Non ticketing activities like Cadence , business clarification meetings , Service account password reset
- Priority work order / service requests
Primary Skillset
Development experience on Oracle Service Bus gR version or latest.WebLogic application server c version or latest having experience in Deployment ear / war, JMS Queues, Data Sources , Bridges etc.Core java.Spring MVCSecondary Skillset
