We are seeking a Control Systems Technician who will design, create, maintain, and troubleshoot machines that use PLCs to automate processes. This role also involves troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues and performing routine equipment maintenance.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Programming : Create and optimize programs that control and monitor machines to improve production efficiency and safety.
• Maintenance : Troubleshoot and repair issues with PLC-driven systems.
• Design : Reprogram existing machines as needed.
• Support : Provide continual support for PLCs in various operational environments.
• Safety : Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Timely completion of assignments with minimal direction.
• Evaluate machinery and identify necessary improvements.
• Focus on machine efficiency and process improvements.

Benefits & salary

The minimum compensation is $31.01 per hour . Actual compensation will be determined at offer and based on experience, education, skills, training, and internal equity. Jel Sert offers a comprehensive benefits package that is described during the interview process.
