A n octurnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Qualifications Board certification / eligible nurse practitioner in acute care or family medicine. Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Authorization to work in the United States. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling Enjoy a flexible schedule that promotes work-life balance, with opportunities for mutual coverage during time away from the hospital. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including managing patient admissions and performing procedures (with training available if needed). Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including hospitalists and specialists, to deliver high-quality patient care. Participate in regular team huddles, all-staff, and educational CME meetings.
