Marketing Specialist – Supply Chain

We’re seeking a results-driven Customer Care & Marketing Specialist – Supply Chain to join our team. This role will combine strong writing skills with hands-on campaign creation and management across email, social media, digital ads, and other channels. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive engagement, support sales, and strengthen our brand. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who also thrives in project management and analytics.

Responsibilities of the  Customer Care & Marketing Specialist – Supply Chain  include, but are not limited to :

Campaign Creation & Management

• Plan, build, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital ads, and web.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership and sales teams to define campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging.
• Coordinate creative assets (copy, design, video) and ensure on-time execution.
• Track and analyze performance, reporting insights and recommendations for improvement.
