The company's proprietary platform boasts the industry's largest collection of influencer data and leverages machine learning and image recognition to analyze more than 500 million pieces of content. Additionally, OI's suite of workflow management tools makes it easy to track progress and manage communication.

You're not just a project manager, but think like a creative strategist who understands that the best influencer campaigns come from a blend of data-driven insights and bold, original ideas.
You're not content just being a spectator—you want to be the one who shapes and executes campaigns from start to finish, addressing every detail and identifying new opportunities before they even arise. You don't shy away from complexity or ambiguity; you rise to the occasion. You understand that success in this role means being the primary strategist, the client's trusted advisor, and the person who makes things happen with influencers, all while keeping internal teams aligned.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Senior Account Manager, you'll spearhead large-scale influencer campaigns with an emphasis on enterprise accounts or highly regulated verticals (including, but not limited to; automotive, pharmaceuticals, alcohol brands etc). You will be the driving force behind strategy development, execution, and optimization, taking ownership of every aspect of the campaign—from client strategy, influencer negotiations, contracting, to reporting. You'll be responsible for leading and mentoring junior team members, identifying new opportunities for growth, and ensuring flawless execution. Most importantly, you'll work closely with clients to elevate their influencer marketing programs, consistently delivering results that matter.

This is a hybrid role located in Los Angeles, with an in-office expectation of two days per week.
The expected salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000 USD, depending on experience.
