DACUT Cannabis Retail Position Type : Full-Time Pay : Starting at $15 / hour Schedule : 30–40 hours / week ABOUT DACUT : DACUT is a fast-growing cannabis retailer committed to delivering premium products, exceptional service, and an inclusive customer experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

As a Budtender at DACUT, you are the face of the brand.

You’ll guide customers through their cannabis journey with professionalism, product knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude.

If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier customer service, we want to meet you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction Educate customers on cannabis products, effects, usage, and compliance Maintain an organized, compliant, and visually appealing sales floor Meet or exceed sales goals through effective product recommendations Stay current on product offerings, new inventory, and industry trends Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and state cannabis regulations QUALIFICATIONS : Prior cannabis, retail, or hospitality experience preferred Strong product knowledge and passion for cannabis culture Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be 21+ and able to pass any required background checks WHAT WE OFFER : Competitive pay starting at $15 / hr, with growth opportunities 💸 Health, dental, and vision insurance 🏥 A dynamic, supportive team environment Industry training, ongoing education, and room to grow 📈 READY TO JOIN THE MOVEMENT?
