Personal Lines Account Manager

Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid after training)

Regional agency with a great culture is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to deliver exceptional service and manage both new and renewal personal lines business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage HNW Personal Lines accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle new business and renewals, including policy change request, binders, certs, and quoting.
• Handle the day-to-day workflow of insurance processing while supporting client needs.
• Use agency management system to keep accurate records.
