In-Community Counselors provide therapeutic services to the IDD population and their families in their respective communitiestues This is a great opportunity for professionals who are looking for a flexible, part-time, per diem, work schedule. Intensive In-Community (IIC) will provide evidence based, emotional and behavioral health services to children and families in their homes or community.
Requirements
Duties and responsibilities :
- Provide evidence-based direct in-home / community clinical services to children and adolescents who have emotional and / or behavioral needs.
- Develop and document treatment plans and encounter notes in timely manner.
- Participate in meeting such as Child Family Team (CFT) meetings, care coordination meetings, etc.
- Schedule and participate in monthly supervision meeting to discuss case.
- Collaborate with case managers to provide appropriate care and / or referrals.
Role requirements :
Must have a professional license : LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMHCMust have a driver's licenseMust be willing and able to work with families in their homes or in the communityAt least 1 year of working with children and adolescents (Recommended, not required)Job Type : Part-Time, Contract
