Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Welder / Fabricator for our client that provides structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing metal fabrications from concept to installation giving customers peace of mind and a quality product in Milwaukee, WI
Job Description
1. Good math skills required, i.e. converting fractions and decimals, basic algebra. Must be able to read a tape measure to 16ths of an inch.
2. Works from blueprints and shop drawings to lay out miscellaneous steel such as railings, stairs, fences, window guards, gates, columns and steel stairs.
3. Cuts, punches, and drills material as required.
4. MIG welds steel materials such as tube, angle and channel, ranging from 16 gauge to ½” thick. TIG welding capability of brass, aluminum and stainless steel is a plus.
5. Grinds materials to high finish standards.
6. Heavy lifting is required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
7. State certification by Badger Railing will be required.
8. Work is paid on a piece rate basis.
Ø This is not production welding. The fabricator takes the job from the blueprints through laying out the job, cutting materials, welding, grinding and finishing.
Ø A Valid WI driver’s license is required. Although they will not be driving while on the agencies payroll, they must be able to be insured by our insurance company.

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
Eligibility : Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are : 1 / 1 or 7 / 1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution / match maximum is 4%)
