Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is excited to welcome Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions. This opportunity allows for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians who offer 25+ hours of availability each week.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in Virginia who are eager to make a positive impact and grow with us. We are particularly interested in candidates who :

• Are willing to see 25+ clients per week
• Are behavioral health generalists (open to working with couples / children, with support)
• Value autonomy while enjoying collaborative teamwork
• Are interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Possess strong character—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are paramount

Compensation :

Competitive earnings of up to $109,000, based on licensure type / level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
