Project Manager – Trenchless Pipe Lining

We’re leaders in trenchless pipe rehabilitation, handling everything from residential sewer lines to municipal pipelines — no digging up streets, no destroying yards, just smart, modern solutions. Now, we’re looking for a Project Manager who not only runs projects but also leads our installation technicians to success.

What You’ll Do

Manage trenchless pipe projects (CIPP, epoxy coating, lateral rehab, small- and large-diameter jobs).

Directly oversee installation technicians — guiding daily schedules, ensuring safety, and mentoring team members.

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment to keep jobs moving smoothly.

Handle everything from a residential repair to a large municipal project — no two days are alike.

Keep projects on time, on budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, property managers, inspectors, and municipal clients.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of project management experience in trenchless, utilities, or construction.

Proven experience leading field crews or install technicians.

Knowledge of trenchless technologies (CIPP, epoxy, small-diameter lining).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality.
