• Responsibilities :
• Assist in creating a warm, engaging, and inclusive classroom setting
• Support the lead teacher in daily activities, lessons, and classroom management
• Help implement individualized learning strategies to support child development
• Foster social and emotional growth among students through interactive play and group activities
• Assist with maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure a positive experience for all
• Qualifications :
• Previous experience working with young children preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
