We are seeking experienced Bridge Construction Hourly Foreman to work in our Project located in Lafayette, LA (OT available and TWIC Card required).

As a Foreman, you will contribute to our team by :

• Supervising and coordinating daily activities of crews on bridge rehabilitation projects, including over-water and rail-adjacent work zones.
• Overseeing marine operations including the use of work boats, barges, and floating platforms for material transport and crew access.
• Ensuring compliance with railroad safety protocols and coordinating with flaggers and rail authorities when working near active tracks.
• Interpreting blueprints, specifications, and work orders to guide construction activities.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting crew assignments to meet project milestones.
• Conducting daily safety briefings and enforcing strict adherence to OSHA, FRA, and company safety standards.
• Performing quality control inspections and ensuring all work meets engineering and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records of labor, equipment, materials, and daily reports.
• Assisting with hands-on tasks such as concrete forming, demolition, pile driving, and structural steel work when needed.
