Job Description & Requirements Specialty : CT Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, flexible Employment Type : Travel The CAT / CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT / CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT / CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans. Minimum Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent One (1) year of experience as a CAT / CT Technologist preferred. Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications Current CPR if applicable TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age General Comments CT - CT Technologist at West Penn (Pittsburgh, PA) START DATE : ASAP MODALITY : CT Tech REQUIRED SKILLS : Job provides clinical support to clinical teams in providing patient care. Level 2 Stroke, Siemens experience required. REQUIRED REGISTRIES / LICENSES : ARRT(CT) Certification, CPR Certification SHIFT / HOURS : Rotating Shifts. 8 / 10 / 12hr shifts 8 on 6 off Wed 3-11p, Th / Fri 9pm start, Sat Sun 7p start, Mon Tues 9pm Wed 11p , then off 6 Here is the schedule : Wed 3pm-11pm Thru 9pm-7am Fri 9pm-7am Sat 7pm-7am Sun 7pm-7am Mon 9pm-7am Tues 9pm-7am Wed 11pm-7am Then off 6 days ON-CALL : No WEEKENDS : Every Other per schedule DRESS CODE : Burgundy Scrubs Resume No Gaps in employment Each workplace must have Specialty (RN Tele, RN MS, ect) Each workplace must have City and state Any overlap in employment dates must be explained (PRN, part time, ect) Skills checklist for specialty being submitted to
