The Assistant Director of Development for College of Arts and Sciences, under the direction of a Director or above, identifies, cultivates, and solicits prospects for major gifts from individuals, corporations, foundations, or estates.

Required Qualifications : This position requires either (a) Bachelor's degree from an acceptable accredited institution in a directly related area of specialization and one year of experience directly related to the job functions; or (b) 5 years of direct experience.
