The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service, oversee daily store operations (opening / closing routines, efficiency in store processes), apply creative expertise through floorset updates, styling, and product knowledge, and lead talent efforts from recruiting and training to engagement and development. With a promote-from-within philosophy, assistants build a foundation to grow into future store leaders.
