As our Director of DevOps & Infrastructure, you’ll lead the team responsible for ensuring Supio’s platform runs fast, reliably, and securely at scale. You’ll architect systems that power high-throughput AI workloads, streamline developer velocity, and guarantee uptime for mission‑critical legal data systems.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑growing environments – balancing speed and safety, automation and innovation, scale and simplicity.

What You’ll

• DoLead and scale Supio’s DevOps and infrastructure engineering teams, building a culture of reliability, speed, and automatio
• n.Architect and manage Supio’s AWS cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficienc
• y.Build systems that support AI model deployment, retrieval workflows, and data-heavy application
• s.Design and maintain CI / CD pipelines that enable rapid iteration across multiple product team
• s.Partner with Core Systems, App Experience, and AI Platform teams to ensure smooth, low-latency service deliver
• y.Drive observability and reliability—establishing metrics, monitoring, and alerting frameworks to ensure 99.9%+ uptim
• e.Own infrastructure security and compliance, ensuring customer data integrity and adherence to industry best practice
• s.Evaluate and implement modern tools and frameworks to increase development velocity and operational excellenc
• e.Mentor and grow engineers into world‑class DevOps professionals who think in systems, not silo
