About the Company
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Indirect Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities across key spend categories including Information Technology, Professional Services, Facilities Management, Human Resources Services, and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX). This role will be responsible for developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost optimization while ensuring compliance and value creation.

This position involves leading sourcing and procurement activities across various categories while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Lead RFPs, RFIs, and negotiations; manage contract lifecycle including drafting, execution, and renewals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across IT, HR, Facilities, and Finance to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
Support capital project procurement including equipment, infrastructure, and construction-related services.
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and ESG standards.
Monitor category spend, savings, and supplier performance using procurement tools and dashboards.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills; experience with procurement systems; excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of CAPEX procurement and contract law.
