Shifts : 24-hour (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 AM)
Monthly Schedule : 6-7 shifts per month
Weekend Requirement : Minimum of 2 weekend days / month
Holiday Coverage : Rotating holiday schedule
Type of Practice : Inpatient OB Hospitalist model
Facility : State-of-the-art hospital with on-site Level II NICU
Services : L&D, postpartum, triage, emergency GYN, rounding
Team : OB / GYN physicians, experienced L&D nurses, NICU APPs, social workers
Teaching : Active role teaching OB / GYN residents, fellows, and medical students
No external call required Candidate Requirements :
Board Certified or Board Eligible (must become BC within 2 years of eligibility)
Must have experience in OB and GYN surgery
No new graduates
No candidates with lapsed board certification
Michigan medical license or ability to obtain
