We are looking for a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner in Elizabethtown, KY area to assist with the role below. This role does offer great work-life balance in a more relaxed work environment with great support staff, lower number of patients per day; and you're off every weekend and holiday!

- Travel to patients homes

- One week training held in Chicago, IL
