INSURANCE AR CLAIMS COORDINATOR - HYBRID

RMA is seeking a full-time Medical Claims Coordinator to join our growing team in Basking Ridge, NJ . At RMA, we are committed to the professional growth and development of our employees. We are looking for talented and compassionate individuals to join our team at our Basking Ridge location.

Scheduled work hours

Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to request reprocessing of incorrectly denied claims
• Submit supporting documentation when requested by insurance
• Navigate insurance websites to locate claim and payment information
• Work aging reports to identify and resolve old, outstanding claims
• Document progress and office notes in our internal Electronic Medical Records system (Artemis) and / or billing system
