Coverage Needed : Full time call only coverage beginning November 2025 and ongoing

Shift Description : On Call only

Call Shifts : 8am - 8am (call response time required : beeper 30 minutes)

November 01, 02, 06, 10, 13, 17, 27, 28, 29, 30

December 05, 06, 11, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31

Requirements : Board Certified (AR)

Fellowship

Kentucky license or IMLC

ACLS Certification

Admissions required

Provider needs to access the hospital within 30 minutes

Assignment Details :

Practice Setting : Inpatient

EMR : Medhost

Patients per shift : 5

Bed in department : 10

Support staff : 3 RN (supervision not required)

Hospital stroke certificated

Credentialling : 60 days- Temporary privileges available

PEDS Level : 1

Average number deliveries per month : 45
