What You'll Do :

🔹 Assess & Plan : Partner with physicians and patients to create customized treatment plans that align with their goals.

🔹 Deliver Exceptional Care : Implement targeted therapy interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent complications.

🔹 Educate & Empower : Provide patients and their families with the knowledge and resources needed for continued success.

🔹 Document & Adapt : Maintain accurate records and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.

🔹 Lead with Compassion : Foster a positive, encouraging, and collaborative rehabilitation environment.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

📌 Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.

Licenses & Certifications :

📌 Physical Therapist license required.

📌 Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.

Experience :

📌 Relevant experience in physical therapy is preferred.
