Job Summary

Sherwin-Williams is now hiring a Regional Tanker Driver based out of the Chicago, IL area! You can earn an average of $107900 - $113600 annually, depending on miles driven and activities performed. Enjoy the stability and security of being a part of our growing Award-Winning private fleet.

As a professional Sherwin-Williams driver, you are responsible for safe, on-time pick-up and deliveries to manufacturing sites and other additional duties required by the business in the Midwest Region.

Job duties include contact with other employees and customers, operating a commercial motor vehicle as well as heavy machinery; and access to raw materials, finished merchandise, and / or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, vendors, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver to destinations in a safe, timely manner
• Comply with all DOT requirements and FMCSA regulations
• Maintain accurate DOT trip logs
• Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Complete tank wash
• Provide excellent customer service
