Job descriptionSafely operate a cargo van Safely complete 100 - 200 stops each day Drivers must be able to deliver in apartment complexes with multiple levels Keep van neat and clean Use a handheld device for navigation and package scans Communicate professionally and respectfully to team members, managers, and community members Additional duties as assigned Delivery Vehicle & Gas Handheld technology Uniforms Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted Class E driver’s license Authorized to work in the United States Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must be able to lift boxes up to 75 lbs. Must have a positive attitude.
Compensation : $22 / hr
Shift Time(s) : 9am - 7 : 30pm or 7 : 30am - 6pm
What You’ll Do as a Delivery Driver :
As a delivery associate, you’ll drive an Amazon-branded van, stay active, work independently, and be part of a motivated team to safely deliver Amazon packages to customers in your community. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.
