Job Responsibilities :

Perform sorting and rework inspection of defective automotive thermal coolant connectors.

Tasks include :

Removing Oetikar clamps from hoses.

Replacing defective Oscar connectors with Araymond connectors.

Reattaching Oetikar clamps securely.

Document and report any defects or issues during the process.

Follow instructions and use provided tools and equipment on-site.

Industry Experience :

Manufacturing and design of safety products for the transportation industry, including supply chain management, assembly, and inspection.

Technical Qualifications :

Hands-on experience with automotive parts inspection or rework.

Familiarity with Oetikar clamps and connectors (Oscar and Araymond connectors preferred).

Ability to follow technical instructions and complete tasks with precisions

Required Qualifications and Certifications :

Certification in Quality Control or Automotive Manufacturing Processes is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or rework within the automotive industry.

Job type : 1099 contract

Project Duration : in a 1099 Contract, Project duration varies. However, right now the Project needs - Approx. 27 man-days (single inspector) or 14 man-days (two inspectors).

Shift Hours : To be determined based on the auditor's schedule and client requirements. May vary with a maximum of 8 hrs. on site during regular business hours (Mon-Fri)

Ability to commute to Garden Grove, CA 92841, United States. (and other CA areas after current Project completion in future)
