Overview

The Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store's overall success and efficiency, supporting the brand commitment when servicing customers and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. Accurate and effective work from receipt through the point of sale is essential to this role.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly, offering your name, and engaging authentically with them.
- Read cues to determine customer needs and provide appropriate assistance.
- Conduct email / name capture where permitted by law.
- Maintain POS accuracy and cash wrap organization and cleanliness.
- Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards; ensure cash and POS media are accurate and in policy.
- Create a lasting impression by thanking customers and encouraging return visits.
- Represent Coach brand appropriately.
- Stockroom / Warehouse
- Receive shipments and transfers; notify management of arrivals.
- Scan cartons / transfers and verify store information; communicate discrepancies.
- Process shipments / transfers per Coach standards and timelines.
- Organize and clean the stockroom daily, including offsite / remote warehouse as applicable.
- Manage stock levels and product ownership; assist with cycle counts and store inventory.
- Maintain loss prevention standards.
- Sales Floor
- Analyze replenishment needs; replenish sales floor or assigned zone.
- Execute visual merchandising and respond to customer requests; communicate price points, features, color, and stock availability.
- Support sales floor activities and maintain housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
Experience : 1–3 years of retail experience (cashier / stock, sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment.Education : High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Technical : Knowledge of cash register systems; basic computer skills (iPad / laptop, Mobile POS, Internet); ability to use walkie talkies; read price and product release sheets.Physical : Ability to work at a fast pace; move around the sales floor, stock room, and shelves; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for product shipments / transfers.Schedule : Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic.Company and Compliance

Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range : $15.00 to $17.25 per hour. Benefits include health (medical, dental, vision), life and disability insurance, 401(k), and paid time off for wellness and vacations. Eligible employees may receive product discounts and incentive compensation.
