Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. • Serve as in person supervisor to current Dallas clients / RBTs in a "BCBA" capacity while receiving oversight and mentorship from BCBAs
• Provides up to 30 hours hours doing "BCBA" related tasks
• Provides 10 hours of direct therapy / RBT services to clients
• Supporting new hire BT / RBT training as needed
• Proactively manage and develop RBT staff

Pay Range

USD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 / Yr.
