We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Responsibilities :
- Handles legal matters that pertain to immigration matters.
- Interpret and provide advice on migration, citizenship and business immigration issues, political asylum, and on the processes through which people may secure travel, work or student visas.
- Immigration attorneys also represent clients in immigration proceedings in U.S. Immigration Courts.
