Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk II to join our team at an HPE Site - Edge location. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory control and forklift operations and a proven ability to execute cycle counts, reconcile variances, and support manufacturing and distribution material flow.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day inventory control support to manufacturing and distribution areas.
• Plan and conduct cycle counts, coordinate physical inventories, and research and reconcile inventory variances.
• Use inventory control systems and reporting tools to manage material flow and maintain records on quantity, cost, and material type received, accounted, or issued.
• Requisition supplies, verify receipts, determine physical and financial variances, and inspect and reject defective materials.
• Prepare inventory records and reports and investigate discrepancies in stock counts.
• Apply company policies and procedures to complete moderately complex assignments with independent judgment under limited supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Intermediate knowledge of inventory control practices and systems.
• Forklift operation experience and ability to handle material safely.
• Competence in variance analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.
• 4-5 years of relevant inventory control experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting manufacturing and distribution operations at enterprise facilities.
• Familiarity with enterprise inventory applications and reporting tools.

Work Conditions & Details:

• Onsite required. HPE Site - Edge.
• Shift: First. Overtime may be required.
• Language: English required.
