Dairy Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor in Monroe County, Wisconsin, to join their leadership team and develop their management skills. This company is a well-known food manufacturer that has been providing fresh locally processed, high-quality products for 30+ years.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
• Collaborate with other night shift departments.
• Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
• Ensure safety of all employees
• Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team.
• Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution

The ideal candidate holds:

• 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility, preferably dairy.
• Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity working with data management programs.
• Strong understanding of GMP's and Food Safety
• Leadership mindset, great communication, and drive
