Commercial Roofing Project Manager (Meridian)

Key Responsibilities :

Manage multiple commercial roofing / construction projects from pre-con to close-out

Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality control no loose ends

Collaborate with Field Operations, Superintendents, and Estimators

Own client communication, job progress reporting, and key deliverables

Enforce accountability with field teams and subs meetings, reports, structure

Identify process gaps, propose improvements we want thinkers, not just doers

Support development of internal systems as we scale

Youll Thrive Here If You :

Have 5+ years as a Project Manager in construction, roofing preferred

Operate well in structured environments (were building one fast)

Are comfortable leading job meetings, creating schedules, and tracking progress
