Job Description

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide an amazing shopping experience, building brand loyalty and representing our values.

Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find what they need with a "friends first" mindset.
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• You assist the team in getting the job done.
• You always adhere to AEO policies, procedures and act with integrity.
