• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.\n
• Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.\n
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.\n
• Determines and justifies needs for systems / equipment / supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and / or stock supplies.\n
• Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.\n
• Provides patient care when necessary.\n
• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.\n
• Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.\n\nJob Requirements\n
• Must have endo experience.\n\nMinimum Education\n\nBachelor's degree : Required\n\nRequired Skills\n\nCertifications : Basic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)\n\nRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
