About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Night and Day Rotating

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel.

License : Must have an active state license in hand at the time of submission. Compact state licenses are accepted.

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH required.

Must-Have :

• Must have 18 months of recent cardiac step down experience.
• Must work at least every other holiday.
• Must complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation with an acceptable score.
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for submission.
• Required certifications need to be active with no pending issues.
• Must complete background checks and fingerprinting as required.

Description :

This role involves working in a step down unit providing care to patients with cardiac conditions.

Travelers may be required to float between different areas as needed.

Variable shifts may be assigned to meet operational needs.

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate proficiency in ECG and medication safety assessments.

All references must be supervisory-level personnel.

Candidates must ensure that they are compliant with all necessary licensing and certification standards prior to submission.

Compliance with all health and safety regulations is required.

A strict policy regarding nicotine use is in effect, with exceptions for specific roles.

Candidates are expected to maintain professionalism and adhere to facility protocols throughout their tenure.
