Intern
CED's paid internships are for candidates who are customer service oriented and interested in pursuing a career that relates to business-to-business relationship sales or business management. Our highly structured 10-12 week internship program will provide candidates with working knowledge of the industry by exposing them to all aspects of the electrical distribution field through a combination of mentoring and on-the-job training. As a CED intern, you will gain experience in each aspect of company operations including : business management, warehousing & logistics, inventory control & quality assurance, developing product knowledge, customer relations, purchasing, financial planning, process & operational improvement, management & project management, inside sales & quotations, and outside B2B sales.

Working Conditions :
Conditions vary based on the intern's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat / cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods.
