Overview
We're Hiring : Safety & Compliance Coordinator
We're seeking a detail-oriented Safety & Compliance Coordinator to lead safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our transportation team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct driver orientation, retraining, and compliance checks
- Investigate incidents and manage customer communications
- Perform safety inspections and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver training on Hours of Service, TDG, and cargo securement
- Maintain driver files and update safety systems
- Lead monthly safety meetings and respond to safety concerns
- Monitor safety metrics and report to management
