Optometric Technician / Ophthalmic Technician

Keystone Eye Care Group LLC in York, PA is seeking a dedicated Optometric Technician / Ophthalmic Technician to join our team. As a member of our practice, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top ophthalmologists and optometrists in the field, providing exceptional care to our patients. Daily Responsibilities : Perform visual field testing and other ophthalmic testing work up patient, history taking and other tests before seen by doctor Conduct lensometry and contact lens fittings Assist with autorefractor and tonometry procedures Conduct refraction and keratometry tests Assist with dilation and scribing during examinations Required Skills : Helpful but will train if needed Experience in optometry or ophthalmology is preferred but will train Certification as an Ophthalmic Technician or Assistant, not mandated but helpful know how to take blood pressure Proficiency in IOLMaster and refractometry will train if needed Ability to perform topography and intraocular pressure measurements Nice to Have Skills : Experience with ophthalmic equipment such as autorefractors Familiarity with electronic health records systems Ability to assist with cataract scheduling Salary and Benefits : Minimum Salary : $30,000.00 Maximum Salary : $40,000.00 Benefits : Health Insurance, Vacation Leave, Holiday Pay Company Information : York, PA ophthalmologist, Dr. Shawyin Yee-Armah and York, PA optometrist, Dr. Gregg Peters, of Keystone Eye Care Group, are dedicated to excellence in ophthalmology and optometry such as laser refractive surgery, conditions, treatments, and general eye examination.
