Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you will provide care for a diverse patient population, including :

As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , you will be exposed to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.

Your Role : Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care, applying clinical judgment and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications :

Licensure : Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Education : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Experience : Minimum of 1 year in clinical nursing.

Skills : Exemplary patient care focus, critical decision-making capability, proficiency in electronic medical records, and exceptional communication skills.

Physical & Working Conditions :

Ability to perform essential job functions including lifting, standing, and frequent movement. Exposure to potential hazards requiring appropriate safety measures.
