🐾 Customer Service Representative – Long Island Veterinary Specialists (Plainview, NY) Are you someone who thrives on connection, loves solving problems, and wants to be part of something bigger than yourself?

At Long Island Veterinary Specialists (LIVS) , we’ve been serving pets and their people for over 25 years—and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who shares our passion for care, compassion, and community.

Schedule :

  • Daytime shifts, with availability on weekdays and weekends.

Compensation :

  • Starting at $20+, will commensurate with knowledge and experience What you’ll do : As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way.

    • Responsibilities may include :

  • Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism Coordinating admissions, discharges, and patient updates Handling medication refill requests and auditing invoices Keeping communication clear and compassionate in a fast-paced environment Who you are : A natural problem-solver who thrives in a busy, multitasking role Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Someone who genuinely enjoys working with both animals and people Prior customer service experience is a plus (but we’re happy to train the right person!)
