Job descriptionSupervise and interact with children in the Playroom, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, and storytelling. Maintain a clean and organized Playroom environment, including sanitizing toys and equipment. Follow club policies and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of children and their belongings. Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on their children's activities and address any concerns. Collaborate with other Playroom staff to ensure smooth operation and adherence to schedules. Experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and interact positively with children of all ages.
