Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with client project leads to develop concepts and strategies

Iterate and design solutions using a predefined design language and system

Implement UX best practices based on research findings and develop prototypes for testing

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital strategy, user experience, and design systems

In-depth understanding of web best practices and accessibility

Ability to multitask and work independently as well as collaboratively

Strong design aesthetic with meticulous attention to detail

Proven ability to estimate project timelines and manage scope effectively
