• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in each resident's service plan.\n
• Respond promptly to resident needs, call lights, and community alarms.\n
• Build meaningful relationships through empathy, patience, and respect.\n
• Support residents' independence and dignity through compassionate engagement.\n
• Accurately document care and communicate resident status between shifts.\n
• Notify nursing staff promptly of any change in condition or safety concerns.\n
• Maintain infection control, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout your shift.\n
• Protect residents' rights and ensure an inclusive, respectful environment.\n
• Participate in teamwork that makes every night shift smooth and connected.\n\n?? What We're Looking For\n
• Active CNA license (or currently in process)\n
• Compassionate heart and commitment to exceptional care\n
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude\n
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills\n
• Physical stamina and a positive presence, even during late hours\n
