QA Engineer

Our client is seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to support enterprise technology initiatives within their IT portfolio. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts for a range of applications, including ERP and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with strong analytical and documentation skills to ensure quality and consistency across complex systems.

This role is a hybrid model in Sacramento, California.

QA Engineer Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and reusable scripts to validate enterprise applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, define comprehensive test scenarios, and ensure full coverage across functional and technical workflows.
• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and documentation using test management tools.
• Perform functional, system, regression, and performance testing for multiple applications and platforms.
• Automate API testing using tools such as Postman or comparable frameworks.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes, automation standards, and documentation practices.
• Partner with development and release teams to troubleshoot, track, and resolve issues efficiently.

QA Engineer Qualifications

Compensation : $65-$80 / hr. (DOE)
