Controller with CPA License

A company is looking for a Junior Controller to oversee accounting operations and ensure financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage relationships with external accountants to ensure accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting

Manage accounts payable, clinic invoicing, and coordinate the month-end close process

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability in accounting operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA qualification preferred (active or inactive)

3-4 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and in-house experience

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial close processes

Proficiency in Excel and experience with common accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks)
