Community Solar Branch Manager in Chicago, IL. Pathway Solar is expanding its team to help everyday Americans access guaranteed savings on energy. This role leads a community engagement team to deliver guaranteed savings on energy with honest work and real opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Build, train, and lead a team of community solar canvassers
• Personally lead by example in the field, especially in ramp-up phase
• Conduct hands-on coaching, field checks, and one-on-ones
• Assign territories, track performance, and refine canvassing strategy
• Use CRM tools to manage lead flow and team accountability
• Ensure lead quality and accurate data entry
• Foster a culture of integrity, growth, and purpose
