Community Solar Branch Manager in Chicago, IL. Pathway Solar is expanding its team to help everyday Americans access guaranteed savings on energy. This role leads a community engagement team to deliver guaranteed savings on energy with honest work and real opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Build, train, and lead a team of community solar canvassers
- Personally lead by example in the field, especially in ramp-up phase
- Conduct hands-on coaching, field checks, and one-on-ones
- Assign territories, track performance, and refine canvassing strategy
- Use CRM tools to manage lead flow and team accountability
- Ensure lead quality and accurate data entry
- Foster a culture of integrity, growth, and purpose
Who We’re Looking For
1–2+ years of door-to-door sales experience (solar, telecom, home services, political campaigns)Experience managing or mentoring canvassing teamsConfident communicator and strong motivatorStrategic thinker with a high-performance mindsetFamiliar with CRM and field sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Willing to work eveningsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbout Pathway Solar
